Full Body Dumbbell Workout:
Warm-up:

i). Goblet Squats:
Hold a dumbbell close to your chest.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Lower into a squat position, keeping your chest up.

ii). Dumbbell Bench Press:
Lie on a flat or incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
Press the dumbbells up, extending your arms.
Lower the dumbbells back down, keeping your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

 


iii). Bent Over Rows:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight.
Pull the dumbbells toward your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades.
Lower the weights with control.
Complete 3 sets of 12 reps.

 


iv). Dumbbell Lunges:
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides.
Take a step forward with one foot, lowering your back knee towards the ground.
Push through the front heel to return to the starting position.
Alternate legs. Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps on each leg.

 


v). Shoulder Press:
Sit or stand with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
Press the dumbbells overhead.
Lower back to shoulder height.
Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

 


vi). Bicep Curls:
Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward.
Curl the weights toward your shoulders.
Lower them back down with control.
Complete 3 sets of 12 reps.

 


vii). Tricep Kickbacks:
Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms at a 90-degree angle.
Straighten your arms behind you, engaging your triceps.
Return to the starting position. Aim for 3 sets of 15 reps.

 

 

viii). Cool Down:
Finish with 5-10 minutes of static stretching for major muscle groups, focusing on flexibility and recovery.

Adjust the weight of the dumbbells based on your fitness level. Start with a weight that allows you to complete the recommended reps with good form, and gradually increase as you become stronger. Consistency and proper form are key for effective and safe strength training.
